Breaks down to African guitars at 1:28. Again guitars and vocals at 2:50.

The lp is a continuous medley of soul classics. Tied together with soukous guitars and vocals, and makossa rhythms.
The high points are Direct Me and Cold Sweat [snippets can be heard here http://www.worldmusic.net/store/item/INTRO128/.

I bought this when it came out and always liked it.
Anyone else ride?
