Wax Cabinet is building a new mobile app for us diggers and collectors and we need your help. We teamed up with Ohmegga Watts of Ubiquity among others to create a promo video of what we're trying to build. This video has been entered in a business case competition and we have a chance to get some much needed $$$ in to help us out!

in 100 words or less (no buzz words, no jargon) can you explain what this is and what unique advantages or features it possesses? why should i support this venture?

In other words, you're not contributing to this forum...but folks on the forum should help you win; spread the news; join in on the conversation?

Discogs doesn't have a mobile app....MilkCrate is lacking experience wise...We want the app to be visually driven (browsing through the record walls), the app will be the one place to go to utilize discogs, ebay, and personal collections to buy / sell / trade. Promote local stores through location notifications, support community by helping with and organizing in-person meet-ups.
and yes Laser - Ohmegga is the dude! He's been a good friend for the last 13+ years...what started out as a friendship through local bboy jams in Tacoma (Fab5), grew from there!
Im happy to browse inastagram/facebook/discogs on record related nerdery to have all that in one place would be great.
Obviously Im as uninformed to what this app is exactly about as the next man but Im optimistic it will be ok, the above clip is slick, just a little baron short on information.
