Big Biskit - Won't You Come Downstairs Sally --- sounds like some old Funkadelic--- others like

I stumbled upon this track a while back and there doesn't seem to be much info on it. There's a discogs here, but that seems to be about it. The A-side, "Peace", is just a fairly mediocre pop rnb type jam, but the b-side, "sally" is kind of a beast with a good shredding distorted guitar part about 1:30 in. Listen below.
I guess my question is, do any of you dudes know about this, or other similar sounding relatively unknown jams? Whoever recommended Bunny Sigler's Everybody Needs Good Loving on here a while back was a good one.
