Off the top, I know Rocket From the Tombs/Pere Ubu and Blue Oyster Cult had rock critics as founders. Who else? And is there a correlation between the critic element and the fact that Rocket From the Tombs and Blue Oyster Cult are awesome, or is that just coincidence?

    I was thinking this is really a rock/pop thing until I remembered Wax Poetics guest blogger and rappeur Hemol.
