Wifey and I are off to Vietnam later this month. Have a pretty tight schedule (HCMC-Hoi An-Hanoi-Halong Bay-Sapa-Phu Quoc), but looking for Strut knowledge on food, must sees, etc. Prob won't have much digging time, but if the opportunity presents itself, I suppose I'll take a gander. shit is dope. I traveled from the Lao border south along the coast to Ho Chi Minh City over the course of several weeks.

I don't have a lot of recs other than to say when crossing the street, pick an old lady and walk immediately down traffic of her; traffic will stop, you just gotta maintain a steady pace.

Great itinerary. Hanoi has the best street food. Lots of cha ca joints to choose from and DC Bistro Boutique if you want a good, down to earth French restaurant.
