    I just can't get past the fact that people still think this shit happened enough to think that this looks good. I mean, I would love to suspend all disbelief and enjoy this, but even watching the trailer all I could think was "Are you freaking serious???"

    Maybe if they based it on a different flood myth I would go watch it.

    As a shameless Aronofsky fan, I'll be interested to see how he interprets the story, but from the trailer, it looks pretty literal.

    As an aside, my students loved the fuck outta Gilgamesh, so I wouldn't be so sure of that.
