so what if it's not the same day as those weird yanks, we've still got football and turkey and mashed potatoes.

hope you've got your feet up with a beer or scotch in your hands, all thankful-like.

    been at the cottage all weekend. drinking, eating, golfing and napping. did it today, gonna do it tomorrow too.

    I'm going to my girls family thing tomorrow. Looking forward because it's quite the mix of foods.

    But my buddy works at a pub and just posted

    "Turkey N Stuffing Waffles! Juicy turkey on stuffing infused waffles w/ rich gravy, bacon fried brussel sprouts, cranberry sauce."

    I'm tempted to get my stuffed on now...

    I dunno , I just ate some killer Turkey! You can't dry her out: gotta rotate, baste, and elevate.

    We had our bird brined for 24 hrs and that shit was DELICIOUS
