So this is known.

Drums:
James Brown - Give it up or Turnit a Loose

Noise sound:
Funkadelic - Get Off Your Ass and Jam

Vincen Price laugh:
Jackson, Michael - Thriller"

Stop, stop, stop vocal:
The Last Poets - Run, Nigger

Message break music:
Martha and the Vandellas - Nowhere to Run

Alternativ main part.
Hancock, Herbie - Hang up Your Hang Ups

Horn Break after Hancocks part.
Isaac Hayes - Shaft

But what are the other parts that are the main part of the Song?

The Guitar that starts with the drums, an the second guitar part that comes in when Ren starts to rap.

What are the horns that start the "Go go go..." part?

There were studio musicians playing on that ep so likely the guitars were played.

The horns sound like "Color Blind" by Frankie Beverly's Raw Soul. Sounds like it was slowed down, too.

Edit: Just listened again, and I think I'm wrong.

Not what you were looking for but at 2:49 there's horns from Rose Royce "Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is".

DJ Defcon from cologne had a good point. If you listen to Bee Gees Staying Alive, you will recognise that the guitar notes are quiet similar. But the hihats are so loud, and there are no hihats in the NWA version, so maybe it is a cover version of Staying Alive ??

That'd be pretty crazy if he flipped a "Stayin' Alive" cover.

The more I listen to it, the more the guitar tone sounds like "Brother Green (The Disco King)" to me.
