I am talking to someone about a slew of 45's they found porkbellied in with some northern soul.
Many of them are still sealed, or unplayed, 33 rpm stereo singles on the rainbow columbia label.
I want them and they said they will sent them all to me media mail.
I dont have pay pal and I dont know if this person is honestly true. What if they just cash the check and no records?
Is there a way to get them to prove it?

If they claim to have records on the "rainbow columbia label", then no, you shouldn't buy them.
In fact you probably shouldn't do anything resembling this if you don't know any better than that.
Send them whatever amount they are asking for. And then throw in a little extra.
That is consumer language, I would have expected a more technical description

no toofs will be sent, they are not Cap 360's, the "porkbellied" language was a direct quote.
They said approximately two of the white comic book-sized boxes stuffed would hold the lot and that those boxes usually ship for $10 media mail, depending on the zone.
