Janin, Pierric, Petit and them made some very nice music imho. Above cheese level i mean.

James Last gets my vote dispite his LA sessions.

herbolzheimer has been on a pretty straight bigband jazzfunk path up through the 70s not really crossing over into cheese territory, doldinger famous for the fusion group passport crossed over a little bit under his alias name paul nero, doing the pop takes, cheese is from a basic point of view crappy pop turd music, stuff better left alone in the crates, thats why its so much more of a challenge to find good tracks on these otherwise bullshit records, keeping cheese records filed, means they at least had one great tune.. heres my cheese section, been a while since i ran through it pulled some out, please dont make me go there haha

    FAUSTO PAPETTI

    risque covers for dayssss

lucked out on holiday fleamarkets with the fam and came up on a bunch of pierric janin ferre treteaux lps in the french euro bins. their stuff is indeed fire/good imo. But still hoping to find this one in the wild - sold on ebay for 400 bucks last week.

anyone on here own a copy?

  • Voted Last. Janin, Pierric, Nilovic shit alllllllll over james last. much of the time they are not even cheesy. luckily papetti has never graced my ears.
