Please to recommend a good free website builder template

I have already did a google search came up with a lot of website builders/ host. But I am not familiar with any of them. so any decent ones you could recommend will be greatly appreciated. I am pretty much interested in building something really short like 1-2 pages a link or two and a tweeter feed. Thanks in advance.
