Famous label Sam Cooke lps

Anybody know anything about this label?
Are they a good, cheap option for getting the Keen material?
And how do they sound?

    I don't remember any problem with the sound.
    Check pressings for flaws, I think they are all mono, but I would be wary of stereo.

    Yes, they were budget lps of early mostly non-RCA stuff.

    Fortunately all his stuff is good and most of it is inexpensive, I wouldn't hesitate picking up Famous lps under $10.00.
