Song ID help

Hey all - Hope everyone is well. I was wondering if anyone could please ID this song (with the drums/bassline)? I might have known what it is at one point, I've noticed Im beginning to forget the names of stuff I had saved in my mental 'breaks dictionary' since the 80s. Anyway, Id really appreciate it. Thanks.

    Seriously, thank you man. This has been driving me nuts, I kept thinking it was a Library thing! But lately I was starting to wonder if it was some common U.S. Funk/Disco song. Now that I see what it is, I actually did know of it like 9-10 years back.

    Anyhow, I totally appreciate the help, thanks again.

    it is a DeWolfe library track. the record pictured in the video is a re-issue 45" that came out when that Bite Hard comp was released
