As far as Detroit is concerned, I've heard how sketchy it can be. And since I'm going on my own and have a non-existent sense of direction, I can guarantee I'll end up taking a leisurely stroll down a street lined with crack houses and crack whores. You know, Whitney's old stomping grounds.
Ok, thanks for the recos. Looks like I'm gonna check out NYC again. I've done all the usual spots in the East Village. Wondering if it's worth checking out the boroughs? Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn etc? Any thoughts?
