    damn that was a great track...not sure what part of it was sampled either, i imagined some really sick drums coming in at some point, but that never happened and i think i like it more because of that..love to hear what Shadow used from this though.

    I know that, as of 2008, Shadow had never seen a dime of publishing (and quite possibly any other form of royalty) on This Time, because they'd never been able to find either Joe or anyone with the power of attorney to clear the original song on his behalf. No idea if the situation's changed since.

  • I thought this would be common knowledge around here since it appeared on Jinx's "The Break Up Letters" mix...?

    And this version seems to have bits of the overdubs that The Heliocentrics put over it (I seem to remember the multitracks or stems floating around the internet a while back)?
