HELP! songs lyrics stuck in my head, song id anyone?

this catchy song i heard on the local jazz station, the chorus has a little bass line and then a woman's voice saying "whatchu waiting for" and then the bassline repeats and she says "in this crazy place" there's more lyrics in the chorus too, but that's all i remember.

i've had this song stuck in my head for 3 days now and i don't know the name or the artist, can anyone gimme a hand
