    this is going to be a hit. looks like the followed the og's story and didn't mess with it. it'c crazy to me that joel "batman 4eva" shuemacher wrote sparkle and the wiz. they gave it that big hollywood/dream girls look.

    yeah, but this is a ensemble thing. other people are going to be doing the majority of heavy lifting. i think beyonce can't act her way out of a bag but she didn't ruin dreamgirls for me cause it was a ensemble film.
