Int'l Record Shipping Question

I can't recall ever ordering from the Netherlands on Discogs. I just made a purchase of one 12" and one 7". The cost of the records is 18 euros. They're asking for 22.92 euros ($30) for unregistered/uninsured shipping to the U.S. Is this reasonable?
