Mexican track with the melody from Kinks- Come Dancing

More than once I've heard a song on Mexican radio that has the same melody as The Kinks- Come Dancing.

I've tried Googling but can't find out what it is. Does anyone know the name of the Mexican track or know what I'm talking about?

Did Davies lift the lick from some Mexican shit? Or the other way around?

    i can't think of anything right now, but it's a pretty simple melody, i don't think you have a copyright lawsuit here.

    I'm not really that concerned about which was first. I'd just like to know the name of the track. It's definitely a catchy tune.
