Is this any kind of election game changer or of any interest whatsoever? Seems like a big deal......

1 million 'marginalized' peoples get 25k? Seems to be the basic gist of it as it is being reported here. What's the strut consensus?

Thanks. We had our votes bought a couple of elections back, seemed to pan out alright. A lot of people copped new flat screens. For a while there you could barely move on the streets for all the discarded televisions littering the sidewalk.
