    it would probably lose the videoclips but still proceed as usual
    a twist would be if they go after copyright images such as album covers.......

    For now, but there's no way it won't be back in some form or another.

    The powers that be have spent tens of millions trying to push.this through - they aren't going to roll over this easily.

    They will have to rethink their strategy.
    I think the Justice Dept tossed them a bone with the closing of megaupload.

    I would argue that the the closing of megaupload proves that the piracy laws on the books are enough.
