Mississippi/Kentucky in Easter

I'm going to visit my pops in Memphis in Easter, and we're planning to visit the Buffalo Trace distillery in Kentucky at some point. Are there any amazing things to see or do (drink!) either in Memphis or Kentucky around this time of year that should not be missed?
