info request: Tommy Knight & The Knights JARO 101

found this in a plain paper inner sleeve with plastic lining... no cover.
I'm guessing this is Tommy Knight & The Knights [based on the Tighten Up intro.. ...of Miami, Florida...] doing covers of hits from 1968.
I see "Tighten Up" got comped and used on some mixes...
what exactly am I holding here?

    Hi there. I'm new here and just found this old post. I just found a copy of a 4 track Picture sleeve Ep released in Portugal with this track on it, credited as "Slim Pikins" Did you found out any info about value on this? No info at all on the web. Thanks! Best,Nuno
