Stone Deep Vol. 2: Resin Scrapings
Cloven Devil Recordings, CDR-004, 2010
------------------------------------------

1. AMON D????L: Snow Your Thirst and Sun Your Open Mouth [Para Dieswarts Duul, 1970]
Smooth, low-key jam; dosed for sure.

2. AZITIS: Creation, Lord I Saw You Cry [Help, 1970]
The way the first part of the song masterfully builds is really something to behold, and then it kicks into a nice, almost rural sound. We may thank ol' Josh for the inspiration.

3. THE BUBBLE PUPPY: Beginning [A Gathering of Promises, 1969]
A classic psych sound, simple as that.

4. DAVID CROSBY: Laughing [If I Could Only Remember My Name, 1971]
I guess the days of getting clowned for espousing the merits of this one are long gone.

5. HELL PREACHERS INC.: Shalom [Supreme Psychedelic Underground, 1968]
Pretty good eastern jam-out for an exploitation LP.

6. JENNIFER GENTLE: The Garden Pt. 1 [Valende, 2005]
Surprise Sub Pop release out of Italy. Pretty.

7. JESSAMINE: ???Or What You Mean [Long Arm of Coincidence, 1996]
Remember these Seattle moog throwbacks? Good little avant tune here.

8. LINDA PERHACS: Dolphin [Parallelograms, 1970]
Take me with you???

9. LES RALLIZES D??NUD??S: 1973 [1973]
Have no idea of the real title or what recording this is from, but it gets psyched out in a harsh way. Any LRN authorities here who can ID?

10. SHIN JUNG HYUN & THE MEN: It???s a Lie [It's a Lie, 1973]
Thin slices of ???60s Korean pop sandwich an epic post-surf psych jam endurance test.
