Vintage Photography Resources

I'm looking for some vintage pics from the 70's & 80's mostly pertaining to club/dance/nightlife/fashion scenes. I can't seem to find anything worth while through the getty or life archives. This is for a promotional and sites like getty seem to charge based on high distribution only. Do any of you have any tips or suggestions?
