Cut Chemist is a great DJ, and I think my favourite releases he's done are remixes. Without wanting to get all stay-in-lane, I think he should Stay In His Lane and leave the song composition to others, and turn out beat-heavy remixes for people. No shame at all in doing this imo, especially not when he's lowering the bar with the above track.
the bottom line here is that we're grown men and need to make a living. dj bookings and remixes are finite things. COMPOSITION is the key to getting song placements and creating a lifelong income stream.

Maybe it's a grower?
Though I suspect that the fact that I never want to hear it again is going to work against that.

Is this harsh?
sounds like your honest opinion.
