    gout is no laughing matter. i saw russell outside the hospital last year and he was being a dickhead to a homeless man who couldn't afford healthcare. told him to 'fuck right off'. now i know he can be volatile but i never expected to hear that from him..

    I don't see how advocating for single payer health care would make him an idiot. He is going to take care of his hospital bills which is very generous not idiotic. I do not see your statement being valid at all.
