    I've been checking out Patti Austin Live at the Bottom Line. the kenny loggins cover is decent. The cover of Let It Ride got some shit to it.The original is Jermaine Jackson w/Switch doing back up.

    We just got this at the shop...all Memphis joints!
    It's frustrating when you never find local labels. I own about 3 45s on Fernwood and about 8 Goldwax singles. They never show up.

    looks like a French only release with Milt(on piano(!), Percy Heath, Kenny Clarke and Barney Wilen on Phillips and Gana M'Bow on toumba

    Can't find any date, and on-line has turned up only French language info so far--anyone know about this LP? It sounds fantastic after the shitty night I had at ye olde weekend job. Why do people feel compelled to fuck with me for NO reason??

    anyway.. My Yuengling is making me feel better at 2 am, perhaps I'll try to have another.

    Anyone else kinda collect those MOJO giveaway CDs? I have been hooked on em for a minute now. You won't find better comps generally for the price(free).

    i had the one where they had a trojan records compilation, the cd was sweetly designed too, it looked like an old 45.
