I think more than anything it shows that you can be incredibly athletic and not necessarily good at a sport.

Makes those who can play 2-3 different sports at a professional level even more amazing.

I think if he had a second shot at it he'd do fine. If he was playing shortstop at 14 he wasn't exactly a clown.
