    Where have I been?? I didnt even know about this.
    Just inhaled the last chunk of watermellon in the fridge and put some salt on for the first time.
    Definitely YAY.

    I find it makes the watermelon taste saltier.

    Lime on cantaloupe is what it is all about.

    Get any of these at your local Indian food store, sprinkle liberally on mangoes, watermelon or fruit of your choice... and thank me later. No salt or lime or chili needed, it's all in there: black salt, dry mango powder, other goodness.

    Early and often. Watermelon is one of my very favorite foods, and the salt just takes it to another level of sweetness.
