Open houses aren't necessary IMO. Especially w/ that piece of art you have there. That's my experience anyway.
Only thing I like (or hate) about open houses is it forces you to keep the property maintained for show.
The spot has been getting a lot of interest and the most common blow is that people think it's over-priced for the neighborhood. Which in a sense is true because we are pioneering this shit. Nobody has remotely done what we have done around here... which sucks because there are no comparables.
