99 problems is such a dope track for so many reasons.
when gary began thread with it, it just made sense.
not feeling this aloe lotion guy.
the melody that he chooses peaks at too-predictable times,
as though he would have applied the same pattern of notes to any lyrics placed in front of him,
and in that lazy ditto effort, he washed out the tone of the track,
missing jay's emotional highs and lows...
