    Yeah, honestly, don't know either. But here we are talking about a state senator from Illinois, so if anything she introduced herself to a segment of people that hadn't previously been aware. So, possibly "going up state's my destination" was her intention, i.e. D.C. In any event, the camerawork in this video makes my eyes bleed.
