L.A. strutteurs.. how real is Umami Burger? I haven't been to Southern California in two years but i keep hearing about how great it is from people in the area.

:face_melt: or false twitter trend? either way, i have some fish sauce / worcestershire / ground dried mushroom / parmesan marinades for beef ready for summer grilling season. just bought $60 of books on Amazon and forgot to add Taste No. 5 Umami Paste to my cart.. another gimmick or useful in the kitchen?
