I've heard of people doing this; what's the deal? A couple of non-rare but enjoyable's I'm open to trying it out on. Anyone done this?

Someone told me to try this. Place the record between two heavy books and leave out in the sun for a day.

I was thinking it was too cold outside plus didn't want my record and books left outside, lol

send to Jonny at Good and he'll fix it with his super Japanese machine. I forget the rate ($15? 20???) but its very reasonable if you really want the record fixed. he has rescued 4-5 records for me including stuff i have never seen another copy of. that machine is nuts.
