Can anyone recommend a good but fairly inexpensive food processor? This would be a birthday gift for a family member that is interested in the culinary arts. Anyone have any suggestions as to which ones stand the test of time for a decent price? Any info would be very much appreciated.

hell yeah! or molcajetes. theyre supposed to age like cast iron skillets.
or a food mill. shouldnt have to pay over $20 for either.
