T Pain can actually sing...

Was at a VIP show that Snoop and Nelly did at Sydney Casino last night (there here for a big RnB/Rap festival called Supafest). Halfway thru Snoop's set some of the other acts on the festival jumped on stage for a 30 min mega mix jam session featuring Fat Joe, The Game, Spliff Starr, Busta Rimes, T Pain and Nelly (plus a gang of tag alongs).

Really cool show, unrehersed and unpretentious, just a cypher type vibe, but spin out thing for everyone was that T Pain was killing it vocal wise with no Auto Tune. Dude actually has a good voice, when he aint singing thru a computer...
Anyone ever heard him without a PC in his throat?

    End of 2008, I saw Lil Wayne and T-Pain together which a friend remarked "Autotune convention?" but actually neither used that effect during their live show. T-Pain can sing!
