preferred packaging for CD shipping?

I have sold (ebay) and shipped a few CDs in the past, but they usually weren't worth a great deal and I sent them using just a CD box or bubble mailer from an office supply store. The customers haven't had any complaints, but I was curious about what the preferred packaging for more choice CDs is.
