Eddie Kendricks - Date With The Rain (remix or edit)

I have an MP3 of a remix/edit of Eddie Kenricks - "Date With The Rain" thats about 8 minutes long and is simply labeled as "Disco Remix"...does anybody know how did this remix/edit? For some reason, I have it in my mind that it was done by Dimitri from Paris, but I have zero proof to support that theory. Thanks

I've got this too.. I thought the re-edit was by Dimitri From Paris for some reason.

I just checked out the Dimitri From Paris re-edit of Lovetown and its nothing like the one on this 12".

i'm pretty sure there's some yellow label bootleg 12" that has a Walter Gibbons mix on it...I can't find it on discogs but I see it on ebay occasionally. Of course who knows if it's really a Walter Gibbons mix or not.
