thing is he didn't DO shit for about 1.5 months after we acquired him. If he was hitting like he started hitting in September all along, he mighta been worth it. Shit, Cabrera was an even worse trade; talk about a lazy bum. Only dude that contributed consistently from our trade deadline acquisitions was some dude named Jeff Keppinger.
I hope our management understands the urgency of our situation. We have a narrow window of sick pitching. These dudes are gonna put SF in their rearview real quick if their shitbird teammates keep leaving them in the L column every fucking game.
Vogelsong: 13-7 with a 2.71 ERA
Timmy: 13-14 .with a 2.74 ERA (220 Ks!)are you fucking serious?
we were very happy with the Hunter Pence pick up. im surprised he didnt have top billing even before Beltran signed with SF. beltran's probably not gonna get resigned, right?
Just curious but are we doing the damn thing again this year, or has interest dropped off too much? Because I'm definitely wanting to play again if we do it. I know shit's slow around here and all but damn. I look forward to playing this each year and I've done it for the past 4 years.

Our staff ERA was even better than last year. Just imagine what we could have done this year had we had some bats....
hindsight.
wasn't he the best trade-eligible batter in the NL at the deadline?
nah, I'm pretty sure dudes out here have been knowing about his bummish ways.
y'all need a stud.

you guys came up huge with Pence.
You just hired the biggest ahole in baseball to manage your team.....good luck with that.
Te Sawx needed to hire an enforcer in the clubhouse. Tito let them run rampant. Adios fried chicken.
only set em back over a quarter of a billion dollars too!
Good for us, though. At least they're not going to our AL East competitors.
