Good NYC PC Laptop support?

Can anyone recommend a place to get my drive backed up and then maybe get the laptop fixed?
It's a Toshiba. My first one lasted 7 years, next one 5, this one 2. I'm sure this is yet another sign of the coming apocalypse.
Mad house cleaning going on right now while trying to find my startup disks but using them will wipe my drive.
