    A month or so ago, one of he big U.K. newspapers had an editorial surveying the teabaggers and coming to the conclusion that "America appears to be undergoing a psychotic episode," which is about as good a summation of this crazy shit as you're likely to find. O'Donnell's not going to win, and neither is Paladino, but Sharron Angle's crazy ass may skate by strictly on anti-Reid sentiment (certainly not on the votes of anybody who pays attention--even Republicans are like "that bitch is on one, man..."). Still, teabaggers who win won't stick around very long--either they'll get voted out for being ineffectual jackasses, or they'll simply take the Rand Paul route of going back on all their "principles" and getting co-opted by the GOP.

    Honestly, I think O'Donnell's whole angle here was to end up with a job at Fox News, which she'll get. It'll be her first actual job in forever, and in the meantime, she's already shown a willingness to use political funds to pay her rent and such, so it works out. She says stupid, crazy shit, teabaggers love her, she loses big time, she calls herself a victim, Fox News hires her.
