I recently gave two friends 3 leads.
One paid off.........one was a 45 spot I've known about for years but could never crack...they were told "Someone backed up an 18-Wheeler and hauled them all away"......the third spot was hit once with ridiculous stuff being pulled.....they found out it recently burned down...along with the vinyl.

I totally agree. It's better to go and leave with nada than not go and have that shit eat at you for God-knows-how-long about what could have been.
