Basque Country, what's good?

I'm heading to San Sebastian for a couple of days, then to Bilbao. I'm definately going to the beaches in San Sebastian and the Guggenheim in Bilbao, but what else should I look into. Any tips on must do's are appreciated. The tips I got for Southern Spain and Barcelona were very helpful.

    only spent a few days in san sebastian but you shouldn't have trouble finding great stuff to see do and of course eat. About 15 mins outside of the city there's a few cider houses...wish i could drop the name but i'm sure someone can direct you to one. There's no menu, you just go and they cook these enormous rib steaks over an open wood fire. The room is lined with enormous cider barrels from different years and varieties of apple and every 5 to 10 minutes they just open one up and as it spills out onto the floor everyone walks over and just catches some in their cup and returns to eat. This goes on all night. You should also try and go here...
