I ordered a record from brazil 3 months ago. It was sent registered so I can track it. The usps web site says arrived to US Customs Aug. 15th. It's now Sept. 15th. How long can a record sit at customs?!

    I think you might be able to call customs and ask whats up. You should get your record a day or 2 after that.
