I would argue that he is one of the most underrated rock drummers...my vote goes to Neil Peart, dude has never made my foot tap once, hate his style, so non swinging
His drumming is too convoluted for my tastes.... works for Moon and Mitchell, but not for AVH.
I do like his drumming on this track. Effective Four-on-the-floor.

That drum solo on Get Ready by Raer Earth got a bit lost in the middle... that pissed me off, but then when he locks back into that beat all is forgiven again.
