Not one of my favorite labels, but somebody just gave me this book as a birthday present, and my God, is it ever engrossing. Still in the middle of it - right now, the company has just signed the Village People, making the homophobes in the label's pop-rock department nervous...

From Cameo's : "It's Serious" and "Find My Way" to John Barry's : "The Deep"....
Also released through sub label Millenium Records one of my all time favorate AOR tracks, "Brooklyn Dreams : "Music, Harmony & Rhythm".

Casablanca was a label that took chances and put out stuff others maybe wouldn't have!
There was also some dire disco dross as well, but overall I ride for this label.
