The Us Four (Local Garage 45 Related)

As you don't know, I currently reside in Louisville, KY. Last week at work, a co-worker asked me to come over and take a listen to a song. He played me an mp3 and said it was a converted copy of a 45 that his father-in-law (Don Keeling) had put out in the late 60's. He proceeded to play this song:





The co-worker is aware of my vinyl love, and asked if I had ever run across a copy. I unfortunately have not (the song is a banger) but I said I would ask around and keep an eye out.

Basically, I am looking for ANY information outside of what the above site has available.
