It seems like Neon Nail Polish steez has exploded this summer.
Ive seen it done very tastefully as well as sloppily.
Ive peeped the multi-colored steez......yellow and green every other finger/toe.
But the one color that really had me open was a Robin Egg's Blue on a shortie. I couldnt stop staring.

The black and dark blue nails are just terrible imo
And the worst is French manicures with black tips instead of white. It looks like you have a pile of grime under your nails!
