Dude wins an LP on March 24.

I get an email today saying he just opened it (!) and it's broken! Yes, 3+ months later he opens the package. It was a $90 lp.

For all I know he rolled over it in a chair, his kid stepped on it, just decided he wasn't into and would rather have $90 3 months after the fact, who knows.

But my ? is after 90 days can he do a chargeback? I think he can leave me neg feedback but can he do a charge back? Anyone know?

I mean, Amazon aint gonna let you return a broken CD 3 months later, Macy's ain't refunding you for you cracked Fiesta ware... so I'm inclined to say F'em.

WWSSD?

Refund his money with full shipping. It's the right thing to do.
